Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and consultants, provide guidance and support in the areas of data architecture, software development, data analysis, data science, data governance, and data-driven decision-making.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, develop strategies to address their challenges, and provide data-driven insights and governance recommendations.
Business Development: Work closely with sales and marketing functions to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers/prospects, identify new business opportunities, and help drive sales and revenue growth.
Project Sponsorship: Provide technical sponsorship and guidance on assigned portfolio projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as data science or computer science.
12+ years of experience in Software Development and Data Analytics, with a focus on consulting or client-facing work.
Prior experience with managing diverse and remote teams with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget for global customers.
Strong management skills and experience with leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customer, vendor and internal team members.
Hands-on expertise in various data platforms /tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, .Net or R.
