Role:
- From scratch architect, train, evolve the culture of Test Automation across the dubizzle products
- Should have clear understanding of standard and practices in QA as well as QA Automation and able to stir the entire Team.
- Provide ecosystem for Development team to define the quality standard using different techniques such as code coverage analysis, acceptance criteria’s etc.
- Provide build pipeline and help the team to forward towards continuous delivery(CD)
- Involve with the teams and train help them to write and maintain automated tests across test pyramid
- Help the team plan and execute different types of tests using tests strategies like agile testing quadrants and Heuristic Test Strategy Model
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of enterprise class QA experience focused on Automation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field
- Test automation experience of web apps, mobile apps and web services
- Experience with writing and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Prior Lean, Agile and Scrum experience and Testing in agile context
- Ability to accomplish timely delivery of projects in a fast paced tight deadline environment
- High degree of problem solving skill and sound judgment a must
- Must be a very driven, curious and creative individual.
- Strong insight in automated testing using more than 2 framework
- Understanding of manual Testing with latest trends and matrix’s
- Able to bring culture and take entire team to next level
- Should have good practical knowledge of Appium, Selenium with various bindings like python or Ruby or Java etc
Mandatory To Have:
- Perform and deliver forecast analysis
- Develop short-term and long-term forecast models + processes
- Engage with stakeholders (internal + external) on technologies, policies, and resources
- Provide expert testimony before regulators and defend the forecasts
- Correspond with regulatory bodies
- Work with the engineering team to deliver innovative solutions
- Build end-to-end machine learning models for series analysis and anomaly detection
Qualifications:
- 7 to 8 Years of Professional Experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or any relevant discipline.
Role:
- Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and consultants, provide guidance and support in the areas of data architecture, software development, data analysis, data science, data governance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, develop strategies to address their challenges, and provide data-driven insights and governance recommendations.
- Business Development: Work closely with sales and marketing functions to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers/prospects, identify new business opportunities, and help drive sales and revenue growth.
- Project Sponsorship: Provide technical sponsorship and guidance on assigned portfolio projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as data science or computer science.
- 12+ years of experience in Software Development and Data Analytics, with a focus on consulting or client-facing work.
- Prior experience with managing diverse and remote teams with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget for global customers.
- Strong management skills and experience with leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customer, vendor and internal team members.
- Hands-on expertise in various data platforms /tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, .Net or R.
