This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to services provided by Softcino LLC (“Softcino”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to its customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). This Policy outlines the circumstances under which a Customer may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting a refund.
Services Covered
This Policy applies to all Data Science services offered by Softcino, including but not limited to:
- Data Mining
- Data Infrastructure
- Data Visualization
- Data Warehousing
- Data Analytics
- Data Management

Refund Eligibility
Softcino is committed to providing high-quality Data Science services to its Customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where a Customer may be unhappy with the services provided.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
1. Project Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel a project before it is completed, we will calculate your refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The refund will reflect the total project cost minus the value of services already rendered.
2. Material Breach of Contract by Softcino
If we materially breach the terms of our service agreement and fail to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe after receiving written notice, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the breach.
3. Unsatisfactory Service Delivery
If we do not deliver services according to the agreed-upon specifications outlined in your service agreement, you may request a partial refund.
- Requirements: Provide written documentation detailing where expectations were not met.
- Resolution: We will work collaboratively to address and resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be achieved, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the deficiencies.
Non-refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consulting Fees: Fees associated with initial consultations or project scoping are non-refundable.
- Rush Fees: Any fees associated with expedited project delivery are non-refundable.
- Training Costs: Costs associated with training sessions or workshops delivered by Softcino are non-refundable.
- Cancelled Services Within 30 Days of Completion: If a Customer requests a refund after the project is completed and delivered, and it falls outside the 30-day window outlined below, no refund will be issued.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, a Customer must follow these steps:
- Contact Softcino: Submit a written request for a refund within 30 days of service delivery. The request should be sent to either [email protected] and clearly state the reason for the refund request.
- Provide Documentation: If applicable, the Customer should provide any relevant documentation to support their refund request. This documentation may include emails, project specifications, or other materials outlining the agreed-upon services and any alleged discrepancies.
- Review and Response: Softcino will review the refund request and initiate the refunds within 24 hours on a business day. The response will outline the decision regarding the refund and the rationale behind it.
Dispute Resolution
If a Customer disagrees with Softcino’s decision regarding a refund request, they may contact Softcino’s management team to discuss the issue further. We are committed to working with our Customers to reach a fair and amicable resolution.
Changes to this Policy
Softcino reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify our Customers of any material changes to the Policy by posting the revised Policy on our website.
